In ‘normal times’ we would be meeting at our church building at 10:30am on a Sunday morning, but due to Covid-19 restrictions we have made some changes to allow us to still join together for worship.
June 2021: Weather permitting, the first part of our services will be ‘in the carpark’, in a Covid-appropriate manner, where we are allowed to sing together. We will then move inside for the sermon, and you do need to contact the Church Office to BOOK A SPACE. Please also bring a chair for the outside section.
We are also still using Facebook Live to join together each Sunday morning, at 10:30am, for a live-streamed service. These meetings are led by a variety of people, and include pre-recorded worship music, interactive activities, prayer, and a sermon. After the meeting, we share a Virtual Coffee using Zoom.
We would be delighted if you are able to join with us ‘online’ at this time, using this link: https://www.facebook.com/BiggleswadeBaptistChurch
You do NOT need a Facebook account to view this feed; if you do have a Facebook account, you are able to interact with others using the ‘Comments Box’ within Facebook. Automated ‘sub titles’ are enabled on these services, which can be enabled/disabled on your personal viewing devices.
A recording of each service is made available on our website shortly after each meeting.
Sunday Club is now able to meet ‘in person’ at 10:30am on Sunday mornings. Please contact Ellen for details.
Working within the Covid-19 guidelines, we are offering a variety of Services in the evenings, which we intend to last 45 – 60 minutes.
|1st Sunday each month||‘In Person’ Communion Service at 6:30pm; please contact the Church Office to reserve a space.|
|2nd Sunday each month||–|
|3rd Sunday each month||Connect Prayer, using ZOOM at 6:30pm; please contact Martin for ZOOM-session details.|
|4th Sunday each month||Sunday Club Family Service – please contact Ellen for details.|
COVID-19: If you attend any meetings which held in the church building, you will be required to follow current guidelines: sign in using the NHS Track and Trace app (or on paper if you do not have the app); sanitise your hands on entry; wear a face covering and, of course, maintain 2 metres distance. A steward will guide you to your seat; there are arrows on the floor which we ask you to follow, and there will be clear instructions on how to exit the building at the end of the service.
