We accept direct referral from organisations who support clients. We can only accept referrals for the Biggleswade area (SG18 0** and SG18 8**). If you have any queries please contact foodbank@bbchurch.org.uk

We are unable to accept self-referrals.

The sessions currently run Monday 5:30-7, Wednesday 1:30-3 and Friday 9:30-11. Clients will be offered a 30-minute slots within a session. The client will need to answer the phone to us and we ask that they inform us if they need to cancel the appointment.

We may need to change these sessions depending on volunteer availability and need.

In completing this form you agree that you:

• have identified a need for a food parcel
• will complete all the questions on the form as accurately as possible
• have explicit permission to share the information from the person
• have spoken to the client within 48 hours of making THIS referral

In accepting this referral we agree we will:

• make reasonable attempts to contact the client by phone on 3 occasions
• invite the client to one of our collection sessions
• provide, where possible, a full 7 days worth of food appropriate for the number of people on the referral
• treat the client with respect and integrity, and make every effort to protect their personal data
• where necessary, support the client in arranging additional help with the collection
• contact you if there is a problem with the referral
• offer a referral to the veg box donation scheme
